Membership Renewal Penalty!
It was approved at the AGM last night that any memberships not renewed prior to the 1st March, would incur a £15 penalty making the renewal fee £40.00.
Please therefore ensure your membership form with payment is submitted asap.
The committee would like to point out that this rule has been imposed to help us manage the logistical challenges of establishing the critically important marshalling rota for our racing calendar. Without members signed up and renewed, the marshalling pool is smaller and thus harder to manage. Members reneweing late make it unfair for those that have renewed on time as they are burdened with additional marshalling duties.
