IMPORTANT NOTICE: The JCA would like to reiterate the rules regarding racing in club kit as adopted and accepted by both Velo Sport and Caesarean this winter. The wearing of club kit from 1st January 2011 is now mandatory in
JCA Road and Track Events. Riders not wearing their club's kit at these events will be refused entry. In addition to the current kit of your club, it is acceptable to wear previous versions of your club's kit. In JCA time trials, riders must wear either their club kit or a plain kit with no trade /commercial markings.
