If you are travelling in to Jersey to compete in the Rubis Town Criterium & Road Race weekend, there are a number of ways to get here.

If you are travelling from France or the UK, please contact either:

Condor ferries - Tel: +44 (0) 845 609 1027 and quote account '38107' to get a 10% discount off your booking.

Or try: www.cheap4ferries.com who offer good rates if you book early. It's best to book direct with Condor for a better service level if possible though if the price if right.

If you are travelling in by plane, beware of excess baggage charges for some Airlines. In our experience BA.com is the best option from Gatwick or Manchester as they do not charge for the bike box/bag provided it is under 23KG and you stuff your kit and clothing in there and simply take a ruck sack on as hand luggage.

Jersey is only 9 miles long so you don't need a car here really, you can ride from your hotel or host house to all of the event starts and HQs then ride back with arm/leg earmers after the races. There is a following support car which can take a pair if spare wheels for each team incase you should puncture in the road race. The Town Crit has a pitts area on each lap for spares so try and avoid bringing a car to save costs if you can. If you stay in St Helier, there is little need for a car really.
